Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free with no card required. You only need payment details when upgrading to a paid tier.
What counts as one "analysis"?
Each video or image you submit for forensic verification counts as one analysis — whether uploaded directly or from a URL. Uploading the same file multiple times counts each time.
Do you store my videos?
Never. Media bytes are streamed into server RAM (/dev/shm), analysed, and immediately deleted. Only the text verdict and forensic scores are stored. We have zero copies of any video or image submitted.
What is Phase 2 quantum analysis?
Phase 2 uses IBM Qiskit AerSimulator quantum circuits — Grover's search for database lookup (√N speedup) and a quantum neural network for deepfake detection. It's included in Business and Enterprise plans.
Can I use QuantaProof in court?
Yes. Reports are designed for admissibility under the Civil Evidence Act 1995 and PACE 1984. The chain-of-custody certificate is sealed with HMAC-SHA3-256. We recommend having the report reviewed by a qualified digital forensics expert before court submission.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then revert to Free.
